MAKE A Clear Path to a Thriving, Mission-driven Organization

Guiding mission-driven organizations to strategic clarity, aligned teams, and measurable impact

Nonprofit and Ministry Leaders
Business Leaders

If you’re a Christian nonprofit leader, you want to…

…see your vision become reality—without confusion, burnout, or endless spinning.

You want a path that cuts through the complexity, aligns your people, and allows you to make the Kingdom impact you were actually called to create—ideally without needing a decoder ring or a miracle staff meeting.

But many faith-based leaders struggle with:

  • Slow or stalled progress, despite best intentions and enough meetings to qualify as a new ministry department

  • Unclear direction, priorities, or roles within the team

  • Communication gaps or misalignment between staff, board, and stakeholders

  • That slightly overwhelmed feeling brought on by constant change, complexity, and resource limitations — also known as “Tuesday”

  • Navigating growth, transition, or challenges without a guide or outside perspective

For Example…

Your team keeps spinning in circles and it takes forever to make decisions…

People wonder what the targets are… frankly, you even wonders what targets to hit!

There’s a sense of analysis paralysis because there is so much to consider and not a clear direction on which way to go…

No one really knows who’s in charge, which works great… til something goes wrong…

Everybody’s doing their own thing and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…

Everybody’s working around the clock and exhausted, and you wonder if there’s an easier way to do things…

You’re finding that once again someone was left out of the loop, and now they’re actively opposing progress…

In other words, progress is harder than it should be!

Meet Angela Lin Yee

I started my career journey in the business world, thinking creating beautiful designs would be my destiny — until God (and a few divine plot twists) nudged me into the wild, wonderful world of church and nonprofit ministry leadership.

Along the way, I’ve witnessed a parade of leadership plot twists: missing-in-action leaders at high-stakes moments, talking volunteers off the ledge while coordinating complex events, organizational change upheavals that felt like riding a rollercoaster in the dark, and boardroom and staff fireworks that made me question whether I should write a leadership book — or a sitcom.

So when you feel stuck, uncertain, or like you’re running in circles despite all your best efforts — believe me, I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to care deeply about a mission, but wonder if you’ll ever see real, steady progress. That’s why I’m passionate about helping Christian nonprofit leaders cut through the fog, align their teams, and actually enjoy the process of moving forward (yes, even the staff meetings!).

If you’re ready for a clear path forward—without losing your sanity or your sense of humor—you’re in the right place!

About Angela

Angela Yee Just might hold the distinction of being one of the few nonprofit strategy consultants who once dreamed of coordinating the Olympics and making a living as an artist—because why not aim big and colorful? But instead, life (and God’s sense of humor) led her into three decades of leadership, from humble admin beginnings to executive suites and, yes, even a stint on pastoral leadership at Saddleback Church.

Angela brings over thirty-five years of experience helping Christian nonprofits and ministry teams get unstuck, aligned, and moving forward. Whether she’s advising CEOs, sketching out strategy with executive teams, or helping boards smile their way to clarity (with the help of her signature cartoons), Angela is known for making the complex simple and learning genuinely fun.

You’ll find her passion for equipping leaders is matched only by her ability to turn dry topics into digestible — and often humorous — visuals. Angela believes that serious missions don’t require boring meetings, and that progress accelerates when a team actually enjoys the process.

Her educational journey is as varied as her career: Angela holds a Certificate of Strategy and Organization from Stanford, a Certificate of Business Strategy from Cornell, a Master of Divinity, ministerial credentials and — of all things — a fine arts degree in graphic design. She’s also completed more graduate-level courses and leadership books than most people have Zoom calls.

Angela’s greatest joy is helping nonprofit leaders and teams find a clear path forward — without losing their sanity (or their sense of humor) along the way.

Angela is the author of five books, including The Volunteer Bridge,  The Christian Conference and Event Planner, and I'm Not Neat But I'm Organized.
